what are your typical turnaround times?

completion time frames vary for each project  due to availability + client response times (revisions, content, etc). we do require a set schedule prior to starting your project. rush services are available at an additional cost if necessary. please refer to the process page where there is detailed information regarding both branding + website development.

do you provide printing services?

yes! we always provide a hard copy proof which requires your signature before any project goes to production. we also offer sourcing services if we are unable to fulfill the print requirement. printing costs are separate + not included in any branding or web package.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS + POLICIES?

all project payments are due in two, three or four parts depending on project total and timeline. a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the queue. The remaining payments are divided + scheduled as per project. the final payment is due at project completion, before final files are delivered and/or website is launched. all projects under $500 before tax require full payment before design or production.
payment methods accepted are paypal, e-transfer, visa or mastercard.

DO YOU HOST THE WEBSITES YOU DESIGN?

No, the domain name + hosting services must be purchased by client + setup prior to starting our services. Red Monkey Media is not responsible for server downtime, email issues, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. We recommend that you use www.asmallorange.com for your hosting services. our website packages do not include future update compatibility issues for your site, but we do offer website maintenance for updates (recommended every 3-6 months) for an additional cost. After the launch of the site all sales are final + all additional work will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?

Before beginning our design process we do a consultation with you to make sure our styles are on the same page and we will be able to collaborate together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
If you feel we are not creating the design and look that you want to achieve, we will discontinue working on your project and you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

HOW SOON CAN WE START?

currently our availability is limited due to high demand. we are only able to take on a few new clients a month to ensure quality work, timely communication + client satisfaction.  This also depends on your schedule + when you are able to begin, including having all your content ready.  We never want to rush through a project. We truly want to focus on each clients goals + brand. Some brand + web packages may take up to 4 months for completion + can set back future projects. We try our best to stay on schedule but cannot guarantee strict time frames. Depending on the project, we typically have a waiting time of 4-6 weeks minimum.
